¿Tienes un problema con el juego, una compra que no aparece o quieres borrar tu cuenta? Escríbenos e intentaremos responder en unos días. Si puedes, dinos el modelo de tu móvil, la versión de Sunsprout (Ajustes, abajo del todo) y el número del nivel.
- Compras: si cambias de móvil o reinstalas el juego, toca «Restaurar compras» en Ajustes con la misma cuenta de Apple o de Google con la que compraste. «Quitar anuncios» y los temas vuelven; las gotas de rocío ya gastadas no.
- Tu jardín: el progreso se guarda en el propio móvil. Si inicias sesión con Apple, Google o Discord (opcional), también se guarda una copia en la nube para recuperarlo en otro dispositivo.
- Anuncios: no hay anuncios en los primeros niveles y después solo alguno entre niveles. Con «Quitar anuncios» desaparecen para siempre. Puedes cambiar tus opciones de privacidad de anuncios en Ajustes.
- Borrar tu cuenta y tus datos: en el juego, Ajustes → Cuenta → Borrar cuenta. Si ya no tienes el juego, sigue los pasos de esta página.

Having trouble with the game, a purchase that doesn't show up, or want to delete your account? Write to us and we'll try to reply within a few days. If you can, include your phone model, the Sunsprout version (at the bottom of Settings) and the level number.
- Purchases: if you change phones or reinstall the game, tap "Restore purchases" in Settings, signed in with the same Apple or Google account you bought with. "Remove ads" and themes come back; dewdrops you have already spent don't.
- Your garden: progress is saved on your phone. If you sign in with Apple, Google or Discord (optional), a copy is also kept in the cloud so you can recover it on another device.
- Ads: the first levels have no ads, and after that there's only the occasional ad between levels. "Remove ads" removes them for good. You can change your ad privacy choices in Settings.
- Deleting your account and data: in the game, Settings → Account → Delete account. If you no longer have the game, follow the steps on this page.
