1. Who we are

Sunsprout is developed by Jorge Andreu Royo, an independent developer based in Spain. By downloading or playing Sunsprout you accept these terms and the privacy policy. The terms of the App Store or Google Play also apply, depending on where you downloaded it.

2. The game

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play Sunsprout on your devices for non-commercial purposes. The game, its levels, graphics, music and texts belong to us or to their authors. You may not copy, modify, sell or reverse engineer them, except as permitted by law.

3. In-game purchases

• Purchases ("Remove ads", themes, dewdrop packs and offers) are paid through Apple or Google, with their prices, taxes and refund policies. To request a refund, contact them.
• Themes and "Remove ads" are permanent and can be restored with "Restore purchases" on the same store account. Dewdrops are consumable: they are used up when spent and are not restored.
• Virtual items have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to other people.
• Nothing you buy gives you an advantage on the leaderboard.

4. Account and leaderboard

The account is optional. The leaderboard shows a generated name and an avatar. Cheating, tampering with the game or its communications, or exploiting bugs to climb the rankings is not allowed: we may void results or suspend accounts that do so. You can delete your account at any time (Settings → Account → Delete account).

5. Ads

The free version shows third-party ads. We are not responsible for their content, although we try to keep them suitable for all audiences.

6. Availability and changes

We want Sunsprout to work well at all times, but there may be bugs or interruptions. We may update the game, change or remove features and, if we ever stop offering it, we will give reasonable notice. Offline features will keep working on your device.

7. Liability

Sunsprout is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer protection law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may go to the courts where you live and you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence.

9. Changes to these terms

If we change them, we will publish the new version on this page with its date and, if the change is important, let you know in the game.
